The library has an online catalog for you to reserve or renew your materials, check on an item’s availability, and many other friendly options. You need to first stop in the library to get an updated library card and set up your online account. Be sure to bring proof of identity and proof of residence. If you cannot locate what you are looking for at the Coatesville library, expand your search to other EverGreen libraries. Most Hendricks County libraries participate in the EverGreen catalog system. You can always reserve your items at other libraries to be delivered to your Coatesville library as well as return them in Coatesville to be returned to their home library.
First time users: At the first login to the online catalog, your initial user ID will be the number below the barcode on your Evergreen library card. Your initial password will be given to you when you receive your card. The first time you login, you will be prompted to change your password. Follow the instructions on password rules that are displayed on the change password screen. After you change your password, you will be logged out and can then re-login with your new password. You can then use the online catalog, update your username with something easier for you to remember, change your e-mail address, etc.
